Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can expand brand presence, identify target audiences, and develop effective marketing strategies using both offline and online methods.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent copywriting sense, and experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.

  • Planning and executing paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
  • Conducting audience research and creating targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness
  • Developing and testing ad creatives, copy, and formats
  • Managing campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure ROI
  • Tracking KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimizing campaigns accordingly

The successful candidate will:

  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns
