About the Role

As a seasoned Business Development expert in influencer marketing, your core responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for our agency. You'll act as a bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value from strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching influencer marketing services to potential clients across various industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop and execute structured outbound strategies, including emails, calls, and outreach initiatives, to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Present well-crafted influencer marketing proposals tailored to the needs and vision of each client, leveraging creative thinking and data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • To excel in this role, you must have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development specifically within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer marketing space and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies, showcasing wins, clients closed, campaigns initiated, and revenue contributed.
  • An existing network of brand contacts that can be leveraged to open doors and fast-track growth.
