Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and be able to translate complex problems into practical solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. They will be responsible for creating compelling stories through sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as designing, building, and testing interactive prototypes.

The User Experience Designer will align visual language and interaction mechanisms with underlying technologies and work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers from across the organization. They will also be the voice of the user, balancing user requirements, client objectives, and reality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual), or comparable work experience.
  • Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to practical design solutions using fundamental visual and interaction design principles.
  • Enduring curiosity with a track record of shipping outstanding experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives.
  • Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team, with the ability to incorporate feedback to produce highly polished and professional finished experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.
