UX Researcher Trainee

At our innovative platform, we're on a mission to simplify and transform the tendering process in India. Our goal is to empower businesses, entrepreneurs, and suppliers with a comprehensive and intelligent tender discovery solution.

We're looking for a UX Researcher Trainee who will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to different research methods—from engaging directly with users to analyzing competitor products—while contributing to meaningful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.

Requirements:

Strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design.

Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis).

Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Bonus: Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms.

Internship Details:

Location: Fully remote

Duration: 2 months

Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hrs/week
