About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your design expertise to transform healthcare delivery in India.

  • Conduct comprehensive user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of community health workers and beneficiaries.
  • Develop user personas, journeys, and empathy maps to align design strategy with end-user realities.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Incorporate responsive and accessible design principles for diverse user groups and devices.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code integration and maintain UI consistency.

The organisation's flagship solution, the Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP), has been deployed across 70,000+ community health workers in 40,000 villages, impacting over 45 million beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of community health workers and beneficiaries.
  2. User Personas: Develop user personas, journeys, and empathy maps to align design strategy with end-user realities.
  3. Design Solutions: Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code integration and maintain UI consistency.
