UI UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI UX designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of end-to-end UX case studies and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The Nuvama Wealth design team focuses on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital investment platforms. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution.
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows.
  • Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes.

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences.
  • Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement.
  • Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency.

Requirements:
