Your Role: As a lead product designer, you will be responsible for designing AI-first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care and support the usability of health insurance products.

  • Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to define delightful and accessible user experiences that align with Clinikk's mission.
  • Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals when designing for multiple platforms (web for doctors, mobile for patients/customers).
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints, and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications: You should have at least 4 years of experience in product/interaction design with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
