About the Role

As a seasoned Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-friendly solutions that simplify workflows and enhance the user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs are at the core of every design decision.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • User Research: Participate in user research activities to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design and user interaction patterns.
  • Iterate and Improve: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Visual Design: Deliver high-fidelity visual designs that ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Translate complex service workflows into simple interfaces that support users in critical tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems.
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS or regulated industries (preferred).
