Lead Visionary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to spearhead a group of researchers and engineers in developing cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of AI and vision technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive impactful projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality research output and product-ready solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to foster innovation and collaboration.
    • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Research & Development:
    • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
  • Project Execution:
    • Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.
    • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product, hardware).
    • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
    • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
    • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
    • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
