Job Title: Senior Manager IP

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager IP to join our team. This role will involve leading a team of Intellectual Property professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective IP strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced IP professional looking to take on a senior leadership role.

  • Lead a team of IP professionals to develop and implement effective IP strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of IP strategies
  • Develop and manage the growing IP portfolio of the company
  • Enforce IP processes to ensure optimal and timely protection of intellectual property

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PhD or post-graduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • At least 13+ years of experience in a reputable global pharmaceutical company
  • Proven track record of success in IP management, including patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
