We are seeking a highly skilled Space Designer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative interior spaces that harmonize aesthetics and functionality.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with clients to understand their project goals, preferences, and functional needs.
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed project proposals to meet client expectations.
  • Create technical drawings, schematics, and 2D/3D renderings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs.
  • Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes while considering budget constraints and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee the installation process to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices to deliver exceptional results.
  • E nsure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 years in interior design with a portfolio of completed projects demonstrating expertise.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
