Job Brief

Procurement Specialist for Cloud Software Acquisition will be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors, managing client relationships, and driving business value through effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate cloud contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Leverage a centralized repository to understand client needs and fulfill them effectively.
  • Assist clients in building a central repository for all SaaS contracts and creating a renewal calendar.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost savings.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, contracts, and customers to deliver business value and mitigate contractual risk.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiating contracts for IT products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement or equivalent experience required.
  • Familiarity with major software vendors an added advantage.
