Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound voice calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, providing clear explanations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/English (any one + basic English).
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
