Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead our data operations and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support our analytics needs. Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Google Cloud Platform Expertise: Work extensively with GCP to implement and manage data solutions.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Web Analytics: Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user behavior.
  • Natural Language Processing: Apply NLP techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Data Quality and Security: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Data Pipeline Expertise: Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior experience leading or mentoring a small analytics team.
  • GCP Proficiency: Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Web Analytics: Solid understanding of web analytics tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • NLP Techniques: Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, particularly for sentiment analysis.
