Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires high autonomy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), overhead allocation, and cost structures to optimize efficiency.
  • Prioritize effective pricing strategies to ensure profitable product positioning and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze variances between budget and actual results, recommending cost optimization measures to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to support strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and present actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Management Information System (MIS) reporting tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
