About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of our enterprise network infrastructure. This includes monitoring and maintaining the wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across our offices and datacenter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including wireless, routing, and switching components.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting network performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with vendors, technical support teams, and peers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Infrastructure Changes: Supervise and implement network infrastructure changes, patch deployments, and version upgrades.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of network inventory and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise/corporate network management, with at least 2 years in large/complex network environments.
  • Cisco Certifications: Additional Cisco certifications are highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security concepts. Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware platforms, Solarwinds Platform Monitoring, and Troubleshooting.
