Job Profile

Our ideal candidate will support project finance activities by managing budgets, financial forecasting, invoicing, revenue tracking, and vendor payment processes while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and internal policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare budgets, cost baselines, and financial forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Track budget vs. actuals regularly and flag variances early with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cost allocation.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance team in raising invoices for client projects.
  • Track receivables to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Manage vendor payments using Zoho.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, WOs, MSAs, and NDAs for all projects.
  • Track billable vs. non-billable resources to ensure accurate project costing.
  • Oversee timesheet management for consultants and ensure timely submissions.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Estimate future revenue and cost projections based on sales pipeline and current utilization.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports on profitability and project financial health.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or project finance.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, revenue recognition, and vendor payment processes.
  • Proficiency in financial/project management tools.
  • Excellent skills in Excel (financial modeling, projections, variance analysis).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
