Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to oversee the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activities. This includes maintaining detailed records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping:
    • Accurately document all financial transactions, including cash flow, income, and expenses.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of account balances, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Account Reconciliation:
    • Regularly reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare regular financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
