We are seeking an experienced Accountant to undertake financial duties within our organization.
About the Position:- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Prepare financial reports as required for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax-related documents.
The ideal candidate will have a B.com Graduate / M.com with Hands On working experience in Tally and Excel, along with 2-6 years of experience in core accounting. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be accountable to perform tasks on-time and with high quality, and have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Perform regular audits of accounts payable transactions to identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable software and systems.
