Job Summary
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring efficient back-end processes to support the field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into MIS systems.
- Maintain and update customer records and loan documentation.
- Assist in the processing of loan applications, disbursements, and collections data.
- Coordinate with field officers for timely data submission and report discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Manage filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring documents are organized and retrievable.
- Handle back-office communications such as emails and follow-ups.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support the audit team by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the microfinance or NGO sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and loan management processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience working in a non-profit or microfinance institution.
- Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
