Job Description:

Tenders and Business Development Manager is responsible for securing and generating leads, analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing collaborations with stakeholders, providing regular follow-ups, and minimizing risk while maximizing the impact of the tender.

The manager must monitor account budgets and pricing, improve cost effectiveness, and perform analysis on account opportunities to develop customer and product forecasts. To liaise with local authorities, exhibit emotional awareness and demonstrate empathy towards others, understand customer requirements, expectations, and needs, identify customer value drivers by listening and using exploratory questions, and understand products and industry buying processes and cycle times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Good in MS Office
  • Technical expertise in diagnostics and marketing required, including significant experience in sales & tender business management
