Teaching Role in Physical Education

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate physical education professional to lead our school's sports team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of 5-6 sports coaches, promoting excellence in physical education and sports coaching.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To possess at least 2+ years of experience in teaching Physical Education or Sports Coaching with a strong understanding of educational theory.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and students alike.
  • Strong expertise in multiple sports, allowing for varied and engaging lesson plans.
  • The ability to effectively manage children across all age groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a team of 5–6 sports coaches, providing guidance and support for their development.
  • Organizational skills for planning and executing leagues, events, and tournaments that promote student participation and achievement.
  • A proactive approach to curriculum design and innovative sports programs that cater to diverse student needs.
  • A strong sense of discipline and operations management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the sports team.

  • A commitment to stability and long-term dedication to our school community.
