Technical Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to join our global team. This role involves leading the development and delivery of industry-leading technology solutions that drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to all areas of development and operations, from pre-production to production.
  • Work closely with a Technology Manager to guide teams through their day-to-day process and provide an escalation point for production concerns.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with global teams to ensure effective technical solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience with Angular/AngularJS.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatible code.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services, testing frameworks (Cypress), and Gitlab/Github.
  • Hands-on experience with complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, and services.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as effective time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices is essential.
