Job Overview

A key technical leader is needed to spearhead the development and implementation of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet complex business requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure secure and high-performance solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Salesforce OmniStudio solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
