Cloud Technology Director Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Technology Director to spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the cloud technology, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Customize the cloud platform to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain cloud data models, security settings, and access controls.

Cloud Integration

  • Integrate the cloud platform with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and third-party applications, to streamline data flow and ensure data integrity.
  • Design and implement data integration processes, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Collaborate with integration teams to define requirements, perform system testing, and troubleshoot integration issues.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead a team of cloud developers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align cloud functionality with business processes and objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cloud capabilities, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud implementation, customization, and administration.
  • Strong experience with Administration, Configuration, Apex, and Solution Designing.
  • Cloud certifications, such as PD II, Marketing Cloud Developer, PD I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
