About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering, with hands-on knowledge of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools. They will also manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.

Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations, implementing and managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift, and using AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure efficient integration and deployment processes.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • 2+ years of working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AWS Cloud-related issues
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying and supporting AWS-native applications
  • 1+ year of experience using AWS CDK to provision infrastructure as code (IaC)
