  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Confident in making sales and speaking to international clients.
  • Calling existing and potential clients to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Accurately recording details of clients' details as per the process requirements.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Having experience in sales-based international telecalling business for UK, US, and Australian campaigns will be an advantage.
