
Sales Performance Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive distributor network by identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with statutory regulations for all distributors.
- Set and track sales performance metrics for primary and secondary channels, as well as retail store expansion goals.
- Directly manage sales activities, drive revenue growth through effective resource allocation, and coordinate distributor invoicing and dispatch processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and outstanding balances on a regular basis, preparing timely and detailed sales reports with ageing analysis.
- Provide expert support to A+ category retail outlets, ensuring optimal product placement and model mix.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve targeted results by offering guidance, information, and support.
- Collect and analyze sales data, summarizing key insights and reporting competitor activity.
- Implement successful sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Select and screen qualified sales resources based on defined requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or related industries.
- A strong market reputation for handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth.
- A proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth in urban and rural areas.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
