Senior UX/UI Designer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for creating user-centric products and working with innovative startups, this could be your dream role.

  • You will collaborate with prospects to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Your responsibilities will include researching and crafting user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to establish a solid foundation for exceptional product experiences.
  • Presenting research findings to clients is also a key aspect of the role.
  • You will design low- and high-fidelity wireframes during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients visualize the user journey.
  • Guiding the development team on user experience is another critical responsibility.
  • You will create high-quality user interfaces that meet client expectations and secure approval.
  • Ensuring the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner is crucial.
  • A smooth design handoff to the development team without any gaps is essential.
  • Closely reviewing development builds and providing feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented correctly is vital.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
  • You should possess strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spokenness, quick learning ability, and a drive to excel are essential traits.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects is required.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of the app development process is expected.
  • The ability to conceive new ideas and assist clients in innovation is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma is a must.
  • Design thinking and knowledge of Scrum will strengthen your application.
