We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of seamless, scalable and meaningful digital experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of human-centered design, product strategy and digital innovation.

You will be instrumental in shaping end-to-end experiences that not only meet user needs but also anticipate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key customer journeys and product workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and interaction patterns that bring product ideas to life.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term experience coherence.

Collaboration & Influence:

  • Work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers and stakeholders to frame problems and co-design solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and standards that scale across teams and platforms.

Ai-Infused Design Thinking:

  • Design for increasingly intelligent user experiences, leveraging personalization or automation in ethically responsible ways.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure AI-driven features are intuitive and transparent.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in UX, interaction design or product design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and polished execution.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Experience working in agile environments is highly desirable.
