We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and community management, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for social media activations, including owned and operated social channels and allied partner social channels.
  • Working closely with external partners to align plans and ensure deliverables are delivered and executed smoothly.
  • Helping inform internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.
  • Informing and implementing paid media to drive reach and engagement.
  • Community management, focusing on identifying engagement opportunities and driving conversations between the brand and users.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and plans around recruitment and optimization of influencers, including understanding the influencer and content creator ecosystem in India. This includes comfortable working with data and numbers while also knowing the pulse of great content that works for social media audiences.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and community management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business, and social media teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the work well in forums with key stakeholders.
