Influencer Marketing Professional

As a key player in our Influencer Marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our operations to achieve exceptional results. With a diverse range of clients and expanding services, we need someone with your expertise to power our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their Influencer Marketing requirements and develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and execution plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of briefs, maintain relevance, and create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities using effective negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Brief, negotiate, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and continuously add new talent to the assigned categories or genres.
  • Foster strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and micro-influencer groups.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal team members and external partners through close coordination.
  • Elevate campaign execution by coordinating with onboarded influencers and the internal team according to pre-planned roadmaps.
  • Meet quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution and achieve high margins for all campaigns.
  • Analyze key metrics, create insightful reports, and provide reasoning for Influencer Activation.

Skillset:

  • Highly developed social media skills
  • At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media
  • Excellent communication skills and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of social media insights and analytics
  • Ability to work as a team, manage tasks effectively, and organize workflow
  • Effective negotiation and convincing tactics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills
