  • Collaborating with stakeholders to formulate agency briefs and strategies in response to client needs.
  • Cultivating and maintaining a strong online presence through social media engagement and community management.
  • Monitoring sentiment, gathering feedback, and reporting on trends to inform future strategies.
  • Tracking key performance metrics and providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
