Job Title: EDI Technical Specialist

This pivotal role drives growth and optimization of our eSolutions function and EDI capabilities, ensuring all electronic transactions meet business and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee setup, maintenance, and configuration of partner integrations, evaluate EDI processes for opportunities to improve data flows, and participate in EDI implementation initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EDI System Management and Optimization
    • Evaluate EDI process for opportunities to improve and streamline data flows for optimal efficiency and ease-of-use
    • Oversee setup, maintenance, configuration of partner integrations
  • Data Mapping and Transaction Handling
    • Develop and maintain data maps and transaction sets
    • Analyze and transform data
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Technical Support and Training
    • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident handling
    • Train internal teams in processes and systems
    • Enhance team's abilities to resolve EDI issues independently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML) and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Demonstrated customer focus with ability to meet project timelines
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI solutions, including working with warehouse and logistics transactions
  • Project management experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
