About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad strategies for multiple brands.
  • Scale campaigns profitably by effectively managing resources and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Produce regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive results.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of scaling brand campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
