- Oversee the design token library, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design workflow.
- Lead the development of new design system features, collaborating with the team to explore innovative solutions and improvements.
- Take ownership of comprehensive documentation for the design system, creating clear and accessible resources for designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in systems thinking, front-end development, and visual design, with experience in building and contributing to design systems.
- Showcase a strong portfolio that highlights mastery in crafting clear, elegant solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in hypothesis-driven design, qualitative, and quantitative testing, leveraging data to inform design decisions.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, CSS in JS, and JavaScript frameworks primarily React-based applications.
