About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Agency Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Health Insurance agency business across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing the health insurance agency business, recruiting and training new agents, coaching them to enhance productivity and customer engagement, and implementing best practices across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the health insurance agency business across assigned locations.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and train high-performing insurance agents to drive business success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents, providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Deliver Results
- Achieve revenue, premium, and profitability targets for your region through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement location-specific business development strategies to drive renewal business and meet defined goals.
- Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business plans and drive growth.
Build Strong Relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support functions to drive business success.
- Create an engaging and motivating work environment that fosters agent growth and development.
- Maintain open communication channels with agents, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Prior Experience is Advantageous
- 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead by example.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
