HR Data Analyst Job Summary:

Our organization seeks an experienced HR data analyst to oversee the management of HR data reporting, analytics, and dashboards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, metrics, and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, and other relevant HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals to gather data and generate meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) is essential.
