Job Description:

  • We require a highly competent individual to assist with the maintenance and support of our VPS and dedicated server infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with SolusVM, Openstack, and WHMCS, as well as a solid understanding of Linux and Windows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly handle hosting-related issues and debugging are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SolusVM Virtualisation platform
  • Experience with Openstack
  • Understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers
  • WHMCS and KVM experience
  • Firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
  • Ability to efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Excellent written English
