Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist

About the Job

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Certify Vendors: Ensure all vendors meet cGMP standards and maintain their qualifications through regular audits and assessments.
  2. Audit Planning: Collaborate with QA representatives to plan and schedule vendor audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  3. Document Review: Thoroughly review vendor documents to ensure they comply with our quality management system.
  4. Audit Execution: Perform on-site audits to assess vendor capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
  6. Approved Vendor List: Review and approve the list of approved vendors, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  7. Scheduler: Approve annual vendor audit planners and schedules, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
  8. Purchase Samples: Receive pre-purchase samples from the purchase team and send them to QC/ARD for further assessment.
  9. Analyzed Report: Review analyzed reports and take necessary actions based on the results.
  10. Investigation: Participate in investigations related to vendor non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  11. CAPA Follow-up: Follow up with vendors regarding any Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPA) required.
