Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Vendor Development based in Baddi. The role involves overseeing vendor development, New product development/managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective communication with vendors. The candidate will be responsible to developed new parts/ monitoring and analyzing vendor performance, managing contract documents, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Forging/Machining/Sheet Metal/Rubber/Fasteners
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Procurement processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
- B.tech.
- Minimum 7/8 year Experience in vendor development and management is preferred
