Strategic Client Partner

We are seeking a seasoned client partner to lead key relationships with senior clients across diverse industries.

As a trusted advisor, you will oversee campaign execution, collaborate with creative and strategy teams, and ensure exceptional results for our clients.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with high-profile clients, driving long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, leveraging your expertise in integrated marketing solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing to production, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead account management efforts for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Understand client objectives deeply, applying your knowledge of commercial acumen and financial management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, new campaign ideas, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Mentor junior account executives and managers on day-to-day servicing, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including creative, digital, social, influencer, and production workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in C-suite discussions.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and account growth.
  • Solutions-first mindset, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow junior account teams.
