Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with career changers to identify opportunities for advancement and provide personalized guidance on how our programs can help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads that have expressed interest in our programs, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing in-depth information and tailored support to interested students via phone and email.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process by building urgency and enthusiasm without being pushy, ensuring a seamless experience for learners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales process, tools, and data management processes, driving continuous improvement and success.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to enhance call quality, observed trends, and student conversations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in international edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confidence and comfort in making over 120 dials and/or emails daily to connect with warm leads, driving meaningful interactions and relationships.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to manage complex pipelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with multiple stages in the enrollment process, requiring strategic follow-up and communication.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work remotely, meeting metrics and delivering results without direct supervision.
