Job Description:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our career services function and oversee the entire placement process.

Campus Recruitment Strategy:

  • Business Outcomes: Translate relationships into measurable business results, increasing market share and developing new partnerships.
  • Strategic Industry Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build strong ties with leading organizations and industry leaders.
  • Corporate Connections: Proactively create and manage corporate engagement opportunities, including distinguished guest speakers, live projects, and mentorship programs.

Career Services & Placements:

  • Oversee all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey.
  • Manage the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless and valuable relationship.

Ecosystem Development:

  • Cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with our mission and provides a competitive advantage for our students and programs.

Candidate Profile:

  • A seasoned professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector or a related field.
  • Possesses a strong, existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries (e.g., technology, finance, consumer goods).
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations.

Education:

Any Postgraduate/ MBA or related degree

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role

Skills/Capabilities required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
