Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to lead architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

  • Lead the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion.
  • Cordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
