The Technical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various utility equipment. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively monitor and maintain equipment, address customer complaints, and implement energy conservation measures.

As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our utility equipment, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed and that our team is equipped with the latest tools and technologies.

  • Operate and maintain utility equipment as needed
  • Monitor and record parameters of all utility equipment according to established checklists
  • Attend to breakdowns of utility equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Conduct shutdown activities and ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities as scheduled
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards
  • Report any abnormalities or incidents to the Shift In-Charge
  • Support and perform HVAC, Carpentry, and Plumbing works as required
  • Identify and implement energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives
  • Update records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and implement corrective actions and improvements
  • Adhere to HSQE standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate with AMC suppliers and vendors
  • Implement and maintain an Integrated Management System
