We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Advisory Business Operations Specialist to support the effective functioning of our organization.

  • Track follow-up of low utilization cases and Support governance activities
  • Oversee delivery health management and Collaborate with Delivery Excellence teams
  • Deal Quality Assurance Program management and Continuous improvement of processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and Creation, rollout and adoption of Advisory Playbooks
  • Provide advisory skills support for projects (weekly calls, content review)
  • Prepare reviews, dashboards, and other reporting as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
    • MBA is a plus
    • Relevant years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or sales/advisory operations in a professional services environment
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
    • Strong understanding of professional services KPIs (e.g., utilization, bookings, pipeline, revenue metrics)
    • Prior experience in Advisory/Consulting Operations or similar roles
    • Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills
