About this position:

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team. As a senior application support engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-grade billing applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in coding languages such as IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET and Shell scripting. They will also have hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications and troubleshooting complex issues.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IAS, IBS+, IBBR and IBPS billing applications
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request and change management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
  • Write and optimize code in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET and Shell scripting
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Any certification in Java, Informix or related technologies would be an advantage
