Job Title: Front Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, this role is critical in making a great impression and setting the tone for a successful visit.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including administrative tasks, guest management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate inventory levels of essential supplies, including drinking water, tea-coffee, grocery items, and reception supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors for quotations, price comparisons, orders, and approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity by handling sensitive documents and ensuring a zero-corruption culture.
- Promote company values and maintain a professional atmosphere at all times.
- Plan and execute office events, marketing agency artwork coordination, and asset stock management.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Civil or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
