Job Title: Design Associate

The Design Associate will oversee the design process across multiple projects, ensuring that design concepts align with client expectations and project goals.

This role involves collaborating with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough quality checks on design work to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
  2. Review and refine material boards to ensure consistency with design concepts and project specifications.
  3. Verify design work documents key design decisions and action items defined in design meetings.
  4. Organize and facilitate client meetings, prepare design compilations and presentations, and ensure seamless presentation and discussion.
  5. Review and refine design presentations prepared by the team to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Arch./Diploma in Arch/B.Des.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in client coordination and leading meetings in residential projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Vastu principles, design schemes, and material boards, with communication and presentation skills.
